Where we get personal information from

How long we keep information
If you are a participant, we will keep your information while you are participating in our projects, or until a review of our records shows that you have not been involved with us for two years, or until you ask us to delete it.
If you apply for one of our programmes and are unsuccessful, we will keep your full application for 6 months after the application process is completed. This is to allow us to provide feedback to unsuccessful applicants, and deal with any queries you may have about the selection process. We will also invite you to join our mailing list where we share opportunities, events and jobs in the creative sector.
If you do not join the mailing list, after six months we will anonymise all data from your application for evaluation purposes. We will keep a contact record of your name and email address for two years so we can identify any further applications to the programme
If you want any of your personal data to be removed before this time period you can contact us using our contact details.
If you are applying for a job at Noria Collective, we will hold personal information about unsuccessful candidates for 6 months after the recruitment process is completed, after which it will be securely destroyed. This is to allow us to provide feedback to unsuccessful interviewees, and deal with any queries you may have about the recruitment process. If you want your personal data to be removed before this time period you can contact us.
